Salar de Uyuni:The largest salt flats in the world


Salar de Uyuni is the largest salt flats in the world.It is situated in the Potosí and Oruro departments in southwest Bolivia.And near the crest of the Andes, it is at an elevation of 3,656 meters above mean sea level.It had been section of a prehistoric salt lake, Lago Minchín.
